In 2018, Telstra began transforming itself from Telco to Tech-co and needed to bring this vision to life in their retail experience. As part of the Future Retail project team, I developed the experience design and all marketing material across print, digital, and collateral.
We built a full-scale test store in a warehouse. We put eye tracking goggles on customers. We dove deep into behavioural insights and designed the store around them.
The first store opened in Melbourne March 2018 and is rolling out to 400 stores nationally.
